1. Bible Doctrine: The Old and New Testaments of the Bible are the infallible word of God, serving as the highest authority for Christian faith and life. God and the Bible alone are the masters of our conscience, and believers should surpass any commandment that contradicts the Bible or adds to it.
2. Trinitarian Doctrine: There is one true and living God, eternally existing in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit have distinct roles but share the same essence and are equally honored. They are inseparable, united as one. The Son reveals the Father, and the Holy Spirit reveals the Son. The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit are all worthy of worship and praise. The triune God created, sustains, and governs the universe.
3. Christology: Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son of God, sent by the Father, conceived by the Holy Spirit, and born of the Virgin Mary. He is truly God and truly man. He lived a sinless life, died on the cross to redeem us from our sins, was raised from the dead by God, ascended to heaven as Lord and Christ, and promised to send the Holy Spirit to the Church.
4. Anthropology: Humans are dignified because they are created in the image of God. Both men and women are created as the pinnacle of God's creation. The virtues and characteristics of human nature testify that humans are made in the image of God. Due to the fall and sin of Adam, humanity is condemned and subjected to death. Therefore, human beings are in need of redemption, but they are utterly incapable of saving themselves.
5. Redemption: Salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus. Everyone who believes in the Lord Jesus and makes Him the Lord of their life is saved. Jesus Christ is the only mediator between God and humanity, and it is only through Him that one can come to the Father. God preserves His children in Jesus Christ, and believers should remain steadfast in the true faith.
6. Pneumatology: The Holy Spirit works to glorify the Lord Jesus Christ. He convicts us of sin and leads us to repentance. He regenerates sinners, baptizes them into union with Christ, making them new creations, and adopts them as heirs of God. He indwells us, illuminates, guides, equips, and empowers us. He helps us understand the Bible, enables us to obey Christ, live out His likeness, serve God, and serve others. Through faith and longing, we can experience the filling and pouring out of the Holy Spirit.
7. Ecclesiology: Christ is the head of the Church, and the Church is the body of Christ and the household of God. The truth serves as the pillar and foundation of the Church. The Church has a local and universal expression, including present-day churches around the world and the Church composed of past believers who had a genuine faith. The governance of the Church should follow biblical principles, with its spiritual work not subject to secular authorities but submitting to the laws of the land. All believers are priests, and within the Church, brothers and sisters serve as members of one body, each fulfilling their roles. They are united to Christ, establishing themselves in love. God has also established spiritual authority and order in the Church. Believers should submit to the authority and leadership of pastors, work together in accordance with their spiritual gifts, serve the Church in unity, grow in Christ's likeness, and bear witness to Christ through worship, sacraments, fellowship, service, teaching, charity, and missions.
8. Eschatology: In the last days, Christ will come again to judge the living and the dead. The dead will be resurrected. Believers, through the Holy Spirit, will inherit eternal life and be with God. Unbelievers will be condemned, and a new heaven and a new earth will be established.
9. Marriage and Family: The family is an institution established by God and serves as the foundational structure of society. Marriage is a lifelong union between one man and one woman, joined together by a covenant. Before God, husbands and wives are equally important as they are both created in the image of God. The marital relationship reflects the relationship between God and His people. Children are blessings and gifts from God, beginning from the moment of conception.
10. Christians and Social Responsibility: Similar to evangelism, social and political concerns are also the responsibility of Christians. It is a necessary manifestation of love for neighbors and obedience to Christ. Wherever there is sin and injustice, we must boldly condemn them. When people accept Christ, they are born again and enter His kingdom. They must strive to demonstrate God's righteousness in this unjust world and proclaim His justice. The salvation we proclaim should bring about changes in every aspect of our personal and social lives. Faith without works is dead.

为中国锡安教会被拘禁牧者与家属祈祷 

亲爱的弟兄姊妹、主内同工：

“愿恩惠与平安从我们的父神并主耶稣基督归与你们。”
在这充满张力与痛苦的时刻，我们心中同样被深深触动。
我们以维多利亚锡安教会的名义，向神献上祷告，也向普世教会发出呼吁。 

一、我们与主同在的呼求

今天是“10·9”锡安教难一个月的日子，我们为中国锡安教会被拘禁的牧者和弟兄们祷告，并在主前呼求、向社会发出强烈呼吁：
23位锡安被押牧者与同工能被如期释放。
金明日牧师、王林牧师、高颍佳牧师、王聪牧师、孙聪牧师等23位，以及他们忠心事奉的家属和同工们，他们是安分守法的公民，是忠于基督、服事家庭与社区的牧者。
他们所传的福音，使无数家庭和睦、婚姻复和、青年重生；他们的工作带来了社会的良善与和平。
如今他们因信仰与良心被拘禁，我们深感痛惜，并在主前呼求公义与怜悯——求主赐他们身心的力量、信心的坚固，并保守家人的平安。

 二、我们共同的信念我们相信：

福音不是不和谐的根源，而是和平的种子；
信仰不是社会的威胁，而是人心的医治。
主耶稣说：“使人和睦的人有福了，因为他们必称为神的儿子。”
这正是这些牧者在他们的城市、家庭与群体中所活出的见证。他们所经历的苦难，不仅是个人的考验，更是提醒全球教会 —— 要为真理站立，为信仰自由祷告。 

三、诚挚的呼吁

我们以主内弟兄姊妹的心怀，向中国执政掌权者及社会各界发出诚挚的呼吁：

请尊重并保障每一个守法公民的信仰与良心自由。传扬福音、牧养家庭、关爱社区，不应成为被定罪的理由。

我们深信：当信仰被尊重，社会将更稳定；当心灵得自由，家庭就能得复和。

愿所有相关人员在处理此事时，能以公正、透明的方式行事，允许被拘禁牧者获得应有的法律援助与家属探视；
也愿主的真理与和平在这片土地上早日显明。 

四、维多利亚锡安教会的回应与承诺 

维多利亚锡安教会在此重申：
我们与在苦难中的肢体同站，愿意继续为他们和他们的家属祷告；
我们将透过祷告聚会与教会网络，呼吁全球信徒为中国教会守望；
我们也盼望自己能在和平与真理中成为桥梁，
以爱、智慧与信心见证那位使人得自由的主。愿主记念一切为祂名受苦的人，使黑暗不能胜过光，使真理在忍耐中被高举。 

五、代祷词主啊，求你垂听。
你是万有的主宰，是使枷锁破碎的神。
我们为金明日牧师、王林牧师、高颍佳牧师、王聪牧师、孙聪牧师23位同工及他们的家属祈求。
求你赐他们力量、平安与盼望，安慰他们的家人。
求你使这苦难成为荣耀你名的见证，使福音更被传扬。
愿你的教会在真理中被建立，愿你的国降临。

亲爱的弟兄姊妹： 

愿主赐平安与恩惠，与你们同在！   

本函就教会近期两项重要人事决定，谨此郑重说明如下： 

一、关于成宏弟兄辞去传道职分的处理 

成宏弟兄于2025年4月7日正式向堂务会提交辞呈，申请辞去维多利亚锡安教会传道职分。考虑当时正值受难周，教会本着“基督为大”的信念，决定暂缓处理，期望弟兄在神面前有更多时间省思主的心意。

此后教会曾与成宏弟兄多次沟通劝勉，盼望在主前重新思量其决定。然而弟兄坚持辞职立场，并自4月底起停止教会所有服事。经牧长团祷告与慎重讨论，现正式接纳成宏弟兄辞去传道职分之请求，其属灵治理与教会带领的角色自即日起完全终止。 

二、关于撤销王伟弟兄长老职分的声明 

王伟弟兄曾由圣道联会按立为长老，参与维多利亚锡安教会的治理与牧养。为保持教会治理的清晰与秩序，经牧长团深切祷告与一致决定，即日起撤销王伟弟兄于本教会的长老职分，并已向原按立机构圣道联会备案。

现成宏弟兄与王伟弟兄目前已停止在本会的所有服事，并已自行注册设立新的聚会处。该聚会与维多利亚锡安教会无隶属关系。

我们深知，每一项人事决定都关乎属灵秩序与群体见证，愿主赐我们敬畏祂的心，在爱中彼此劝勉，在真道上携手前行。
